As time goes by, it seems that the number of people who suffer from anxiety attacks are ever increasing and some of them resort to treatments of .  This is because there is a belief that if hypnosis is used properly, it can penetrate through the conscious mind to reach the subconscious mind and absolutely remove all unwanted negative thoughts.  At the same time, it is believed that hypnosis can help you identify whatever the root cause of your panic attacks.  This way, you would be able to determine the root cause of your anxiety attacks and how you can completely eliminate it.

  3. There are not a lot of hypnotherapists worldwide, so it is difficult to find a licensed practician of hypnosis.
  4. Hypnotherapy is very expensive as it normally costs hundreds of dollars per session.
  5. It takes a long time for a patient to be cured using hypnosis so, it is definitely not an instant cure for panic attacks.
  6. There is not a 100% success rate for hypnosis being able to cure panic attacks.
  7. If hypnosis is misused, the hypnotherapist can make a suggestion to the patient to do something wrong.  For instance, the hypnotherapist might suggest to the patient that the latter should dance like a chicken.
  8. If the hypnotherapist has not evaluated the patient carefully and the former has employed hypnosis to cure the latter, then, the treatment may turn out to be a failure.
  9. If the patient is the type of person who loathes vulnerability, he may feel dizzy, disoriented, unfocused and he might not be able to succumb to the effects of hypnosis.  And even if the person knows self-hypnosis, it may prove not to be effective on said person.
