Are you the type of person who worries about everything, big and small, all the time? Do you dread activities like shopping, dining out and traveling? Do you feel that your anxiety, stress and fear often get the best of you? Do you have backaches, irregular menstrual cycle, tremors and frequent headaches, especially during times you’re under great stress?

Then, you are not alone. Daily life has become so stressful and so demanding even with all the modern conveniences that we have.

For instance, people used to be able to relax and unwind when at home but due to the Internet, a lot of people have resorted to telecommuting due to personal, professional or health reasons. At first, it may be a good thing but in the long run, you would eventually figure out that telecommuting is not for everybody and that if you aren’t able to manage your time between your professional and personal responsibilities, sooner or later, you would be fed up with telecommuting and you would just go back to working in an office environment.

Another example is we have become so used of quick solutions like ready to cook food that each and every time we encounter a problem, we immediately look for a quick way to solve it. But once we realize that it’s not an easy problem to deal with, it’s likely that we would just break down and give up.

Anxiety, stress and fear is a result of how we react to our past experiences and thoughts and ideas that people have inculcated in our minds. This is because they affect how we see and feel about ourselves. And so, our self-image gets distorted so much so that we feel anxious, stressed out and fearful every time we encounter a situation similar to our bad experience or a similar situation where we got a negative feedback.

So, our usual response would be to avoid such circumstances that make us feel anxious or scared but in the even that we have no choice but to actually experience that situation, it is likely that we would feel very stressed out to the point that you would develop an anxiety disorder.

There are various anti-anxiety relief programs and drugs to promise to help you remove your anxiety, stress and fear but in the long run, these don’t work out. You would just feel good about yourself in the beginning if you undergo an anti-anxiety relief program. But sooner or later, you would feel fed up at trying to follow the program and you would just revert to the way you were before. Meanwhile, drugs can help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety disorders but it doesn’t cure the illness at all.

According to Panic-Stopper Psycho-Cybernetics principals, the best way to overcome anxiety, stress and fear is to examine the root cause of your anxieties and fears. Determine if they are real or otherwise. If they are real, then, do everything you can to change yourself for the better. If they aren’t then, forget about them. Always capitalize on your strengths and address your areas of weakness.

At the same time, it’s important for you to create an adequate, realistic self-image. If you have a good self-image, then, you would stop feeling any anxiety, stress or fear. You would become happier and more successful for a very long time. And even if you encounter a problem, always think back to your past successes. Always set up goals for yourself creatively and act on them. This way, you would be able to live a normal, healthy life.

One of the most popular disorders today is the social anxiety disorder. This is because we are so bent in competing with other people to see who is better and this is further amplified when other people compare you with another person. When this occurs constantly, your self-esteem considerably decreases. You feel very unhappy and unsatisfied even when you have achieved so many things in your life. You tend to deny your strengths even if someone else pointed it out to you plainly. Thus, you have a hard time accepting compliments from other people. Though there are many so-called cures that promise to help you cope with social anxiety disorder but there is only one social anxiety treatment that really works. And this is the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM.

But before we delve into the program, let’s look closer at what causes social anxiety. Generally, people feel anxious in social situations because they feel unsure about themselves whenever they mix with people. They feel that they won’t be taken seriously or others might object to what they have to say. Thus, they don’t share their ideas and feelings freely, no matter how good these are. They often get misunderstood and they often encounter conflicts with other people.

People who have social anxiety disorders experience heightened sensations every time they face situations that they dread about or those that they are unprepared for. These situations are usually connected with a past experience or a belief that other people have regarding a particular person that the latter reacted to in a negative manner.

For example, a person who stuttered in a midst of a conversation with his friends and they laughed at him for doing so may feel rejected and angry. Thus, he would have a tendency to avoid future situations where he had to talk with his friends or any other people for that matter. On the other hand, if a person has somebody close to him say to him that he is so timid constantly, that person would believe that he is indeed a timid person. Hence, he would avoid social situations where he has to mix with people, especially those whom he doesn’t know well.

The PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM is a twenty one day program that guides you in examining your anxieties and fears towards social situations. Through this program you would realize the causes of your anxieties and you would be able to validate them in such a way that you would be able to decide how you would be able to address them accordingly. You would be able to tell if you can improve on yourself in order to remove these anxieties or if you can simply dismiss these fears when you finally find them to be unrealistic and baseless. More importantly, the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM is that it calls you to take action so, that you would be able to improve yourself and make yourself a better person. Thus, you would be able to even turn failures into opportunities.

Try the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM now and you would be able to overcome your anxieties and fears so, you would be able to enjoy interacting with different people.

Constant worries and anxieties don’t help solve your problems as they only paralyze your mind to the point that you become demoralized and unproductive at the same time. So, the best way to for self-help anxiety is to analyze the very source of your anxieties and fears through the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM.

If you are having a hard time enjoying life, you tend to think about everything in a negative manner and you feel so many sensations like tremors, excessive perspiration and tight chest constantly even when you are in no apparent danger, then, it’s very likely that you have an anxiety disorder. You tend to feel these sensations whenever you are placed in a situation that you dread very much. These may be instances where you might have to deliver a speech, go to a public place like a mall, travel to a specific destination or ride a ferris wheel. These are usually ordinary things that people ordinarily enjoy but the problem here is that your anxieties and fears are activated whenever you find yourself in these situations. And when this happens, you fail to enjoy such activities and you would rather avoid them and be in them in the first place.

There are a lot of self-help anxiety treatments out there that you may employ in order to address your fears and anxieties. For instance, you may go to a therapist who would give you a scientific diagnosis for what you are feeling. Unfortunately, there are no known medical tests to truly prove what medical condition you really have. And since this is the case, there are cases when even doctors can make mis-diagnosis.

At the same time, doctors usually prescribe you traditional medicine such as anti-depressants, anti-convulsants, anti-psychotics, mood stabilizers and tranquilizers in order for you to cope with what you are feeling. But the problem here is that these drugs only alleviate the symptoms. They don’t cure the illness at all. Moreover, if you keep using them for a long period of time, it’s highly likely that you would just develop drug dependence as you would find it very difficult to function normally without these drugs. Also, it’s known that these medicines cause side effects that may be harmful to your body such as in the case of Quetapine Seroquel that has been shown as causing an increase in blood sugar level when taken regularly.

So, the only effective self-help anxiety treatment that completely cures anxiety disorders and other psychological illnesses is the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM because it directly attacks the very root of your anxieties and fears: the distorted self-image. It guides you in determining why your self-image has been so distorted and at the same time, it calls you to action in terms of creating an adequate, realistic self-image that would replace the distorted one. Therefore, you would be able to remove whatever anxiety or fear that you may have and face each and every situation that you have in a renewed sense. It also helps you to overcome whatever stress you may have as well as help you relax on demand, which a lot of people today are having a hard time doing so.

Get into the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM now and see the magnificent difference in you.

As many don’t know, anxiety disorders and other psychological illnesses have become so common in our present times due to the way we have been used to modern conveniences like ready to cook food. We have become so used to quick solutions to issues such as anxiety attacks that our resilience to those seemingly hard problems in life that we may face have decreased dramatically. For instance, if we experience an anxiety attack, the first thing that we would do is to pop an anti-depressant or a mood stabilizer. We don’t carefully examine the anxiety causes in the first place and if we continue to ignore anxiety attacks even when they are happening continuously, it’s possible that they could become such a huge problem later on and it may be too late for us to take action.

Often time, people dismiss the reasons why panic attacks occur. They believe that people who suffer from anxiety disorders, for instance, are just imagining their fears and they just overreact about every little thing. What they don’t know is that the fears that a person who has anxiety attacks are very real to him. And when the people around him simply dismiss his fears, he would feel more aggravated and his situation would only just get worse.

Anxiety attacks happen because of the fears that a person feels gets amplified each and every time he encounters a situation that causes anxiety. But the reason why the fears are there because of how a person reacted to a bad experience in the past and how he reacted to a negative feedback he got from other people. If you reacted to either of these negatively, then, he would feel anxious about a situation that he encounters, which reminds him of that bad experience or negative feedback.

For example, if you encountered a bad experience where you didn’t pass the audition of a contest you wanted to get in, you may feel rejected and you decide afterwards that you wouldn’t join contests anymore. Another example is there are people who you respect or you want to impress who says something negative about you, you may feel hurt and, therefore, you may refrain from sharing your ideas and feelings with other people because you are afraid that they too would not like you.

Bad experiences and negative feedback can either make or break a person. But if you have an unhealthy way of looking at yourself and you never feel good about yourself, which has been affected by how you reacted to your experiences and thoughts that other people have about you, then, it is likely that you would always feel anxious to the point that you may experience panic attacks. Panic attacks can occur when you encounter situations that are difficult for you to handle and the effects of these situations over you are amplified so much so that it can lead to a nervous breakdown and a psychological disorder when your issues are left unanswered.

So, if you have an unhealthy way at looking at yourself, change it immediately through the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM. This guides you to create an adequate, realistic self-image and take action for you to be able to remove all your anxieties and fears so that you would be able lead a normal, healthy life.

As we all know, anxiety is a common emotion that everyone feels at some point in his life. Usually, this is felt when you encounter situations that triggers a fear within you. For instance, if you fear public speaking, you would feel all sorts of heightened sensations whenever you go in front of an audience to deliver a speech. Your throat gets dry. Your chest tightens. You feel nauseous. Your whole body shakes. And your anxiety over public speaking may even cause you to stutter and forget your speech totally as your mind goes completely blank. This is completely normal for a lot of people but if you suffer from an anxiety disorder and you fear public speaking, it’s highly likely that you have a deep fear that you may lose out of control whenever you are in front of an audience. And so, you may have tried to find a solid solution that would help you stop panic attacks.

You may have tried quick anti-anxiety relief programs that guarantee to help you live normally while you cope with anxiety disorder. You may have tried deep breathing exercises to help you calm down. You may have tried to distract yourself with other things so, that you may not have to think about your anxieties and fears. You may have tried to follow a specific type of diet where you consume foods that are rich in nutrients that may help you deal with anxiety. But the truth is, these may work for you for a short period of time like a couple of months. Eventually, if you lose your commitment and you lose your willpower and determination to follow these programs, it’s highly likely that you would be fed up so much so that you would give up and revert back to the way you were before you started the programs. In addition, these programs do not provide a cure. They just give you a way to ignore the root cause of your anxieties and fears.

On the other hand, you may have opted to employ hypnotherapy to help you deal with anxiety disorder. Hypnotherapy is a treatment that makes use of hypnosis where you reach a state of mind wherein you lose conscious control of your mind. Thus, in this state, you are susceptible to suggestions that the hypnotherapist may give you. Though hypnotherapy may sound impressive, the truth is there’s no scientific proof that this type of treatment really works. And it only targets to remove the manifestation of the symptoms and it doesn’t handle the specific cause of your anxieties and fears. At the same time, there are not a lot of licensed hypnotherapists worldwide and it’s a big risk to undergo hypnosis if the hypnotherapist isn’t unable to cure anxiety disorders or any psychological illnesses for that matter without the use of hypnosis.

The only effective way of truly eliminating your anxieties and fears is to directly attack their root cause: your distorted self-image. The way you see and feel about yourself affects how you do in life and how you interact with other people. This is directly affected by how you reacted to your past experiences and the beliefs that other people inculcated in you. For example, if your parents constantly told you that you are a failure and that you wouldn’t amount to anything, it’s highly likely that you would prove to the world that you are indeed a failure and a worthless person.

In order to change your self-image, you must be able to let go of the past. Forgive others who have offended you with no strings attached. If you made a mistake, step back, assess the mistake, learn from it and try again until you succeed. Always remember that no one can make you feel bad without your consent. No one has the power to change you but yourself.

If you are able to create an adequate, realistic self-image, you would be able to live a normal, healthy life as you are able to overcome successfully whatever challenges that life throws at you.

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common psychological illnesses worldwide. In fact, in the United States alone, there are over two million American adults who suffer from this medical condition as reported by the National Institutes of Mental Health. And more than half of those who have anxiety disorders also suffer from a major depressive disorder. Fortunately, the American society has accepted anxiety disorders as well as other psychological illnesses as a common malady unlike in countries such as the Philippines where there are a lot of misconceptions about psychological disorders. And because of the massive awareness that Americans have about anxiety disorders, specialists and other people have developed safe ways to deal with anxiety.

One of the safe ways to deal with anxiety is the anti-anxiety management techniques that can help relieve you from your anxieties and fears. For instance, you can use aromatherapy bath oils to help you calm yourself when you get stressed out. You can soak in a tub for thirty minutes of an hour while you make mental list of things that you need to do. You can keep yourself busy with other things to prevent yourself from dwelling on your anxieties and fear. You can employ breathing exercises to make yourself feel calm in case you get anxious. In addition, you can re-focus your thoughts to positive ones in case there are anxious thoughts in your mind.

Anti-anxiety management techniques can work but the problem is they require a lot of willpower and determination from the person who follows these methods. They can work for a couple of months, for example, but once your willpower and determination get depleted, you would no longer have the energy to apply these techniques anymore and soon, you would just revert back to the way you were before you started these programs.

Another safe way to handle anxiety is to take anti-anxiety nutritional supplements. These drugs may help you relieve yourself of the anxieties you are feeling without causing drug dependence or side effects that can be harmful to your body. At the same time, these drugs are relatively cheaper compared to traditional medicine and you don’t need a doctor’s prescription to buy these from drugstores. There are supplements that contain essential fatty acids like Omega-3, Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin B that are believed to help balance brain chemicals as the imbalance of brain chemicals cause not only anxiety but also depression and other psychological illnesses.

The major drawback in using anti-anxiety nutritional supplements is that these drugs aren’t tested by any authorized agency like the Food and Drug Administration in the United States. Therefore, there are no medical and scientific proofs to indicate that these nutritional supplements really work.

The third way to cope with anxiety is the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM where this program does not only help you to deal with anxiety but this would help you overcome the very source of your anxieties and fears: your distorted self-image. It guides you in examining the reasons why you have a poor self-image. It shows you how you reacted to your bad experiences in the past as well as the beliefs that other people have embedded in your mind. In addition, once you are able to identify the authenticity of reasons that your self-image has been distorted, this program calls you to take action in order to create an adequate-realistic self-image that would replace the distorted one. Therefore, you would no longer feel anxious and troubled in any circumstances, particularly those events that you felt anxious about before.

Through the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM, you would be able to improve yourself and make yourself a more mature, better person.

Have you heard of performance anxiety? Whenever you come up on stage to speak, dance or sing, have you ever felt like you don’t know what to say, your heat beats faster, your chest tightens and your throat gets dry? Have you felt like you just want to run from the stage and just hide? Have you always worried about getting up on stage in front of many people days, weeks or months before you are put in the spotlight where everybody is expecting you to perform well?

As you might not know, performance anxiety is very common in people, especially with an athlete, a musician or a politician. Fear of public speaking, for example, is one of the gravest fears that a person has. Most of us are so afraid of getting socially embarrassed and humiliated in front of everybody that we avoid activities that put us in a spotlight. In fact, the comedian Jerry Seinfeld has once said that those who attend funerals should feel sorrier for the person who would give the eulogy speech more so than the deceased.

Even if you are a public speaker, for instance, does everything you can to prepare for your speech such as writing notes on index cards, creating visual aids and memorizing your speech, you would still suffer from performance anxiety if you keep thinking that you would fail to impart your message to his audience well. If you think and feel that your audience would not take you seriously and they would react to you negatively, then, chances are your audience would actually think and feel the way you imagined how they would react to you.

And so, you may resort to immediate anxiety relief techniques or drugs as they promise to help you cope with performance anxiety. In fact there are athletes to resort to alcohol and steroids so that, they would feel confident about themselves and ensure themselves that they would be able to perform well during the game. However, the truth is that these anxiety relief techniques would just make you feel better in the beginning but once you grow tired and spent in following these techniques, you would eventually give up sooner or later and you would just revert to what you were before. On the other hand, the main problem with drugs like steroids is that it causes side effects that directly attacks your body. Once you start taking drugs, you get hooked on them and it would be really difficult for you to stop depending on drugs.

Panic-Stopper Psycho-Cybernetics is different because it directly focuses on your self-image. Personally, it`s helped my wife overcome in just twenty one days not just her fear of public speaking but also helped her overcome schizo-anxiety disorder, a medical condition where a person experiences depression and psychosis. Through Panic-Stopper Psycho-Cybernetics , my wife’s able to overcome not just her illness but she’s able to lead a normal, healthy life now.

Like my wife, you too can overcome from performance anxiety and live a happy, full life.

Have you ever felt that you are constantly battling with restless and uneasiness? Do you feel that your body and mind are getting out of control? Do you feel nervous most of the time? Do you feel that you don’t understand what’s happening to you? Anxious thoughts and feelings like these are pretty common in people as they go through daily life. But once they become persistent, then, this reveals that you are suffering from panic attacks and you need to find out outright a means in stopping panic attacks.

There are a lot of ways to stop panic attacks. There is, of course, traditional medicine like anti-depressants, mood stabilizers and tranquilizers although, these are pretty expensive. Meanwhile, there are also anti-anxiety supplements that don’t cost much and they promise to reduce the symptoms while lessening the risk of side effects. In addition, there are many, many anti-anxiety relief programs out there that also promise to remove anxiety. But the big question is, “Do these really work?”

Though you may take traditional medicine, they can only alleviate the symptoms of an anxiety disorder or any psychological illness for that matter. At the same time, these cause many side effects that can be harmful to those who take them. They don’t exactly cure the illness. Anti-anxiety supplements, on the other hand, haven’t been tested by any legit agency such as the Bureau of Food and Drug Administration in the United States. As for anti-anxiety relief programs, they work in the beginning when a person who suffers from panic attacks takes them into heart and puts them into practice. But once all his willpower and determination gets depleted, he gets fed up with the program and he reverts back to how he was before he started the program.

Seeing that these techniques don’t work, you now ask, “What is the cure in stopping panic attacks? What is the real solution to this problem?”

Generally, panic attacks are caused by how you reacted to your bad experiences and how you accepted the negative feedback that other people have about you. If you reacted to all these negatively, then, it’s likely that you would have a distorted self-image. You would feel insecure and unsure of yourself, you get easily embarrassed and you would constantly unhappy about your life.

For example, if you had a bad experience where you got laughed at by other people when you stuttered during a speech, it’s likely that you would despise giving speeches afterwards and you would try everything that you can think of in order to avoid similar situations. Meanwhile, if your parents have told you constantly that you’re a failure and that you wouldn’t amount to anything, chances are that you would also believe that and you would actually fail in whatever you do.

As you can see, the self-image dictates how you react towards people and situations. It determines what you can and cannot do. It heavily influences your personal happiness as well as your relationships with other people. And this is what the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM is all about.

In able to stop panic attacks from happening in the first place, examine the root cause of your anxiety. Determine the reason why you are having panic attacks. Identify if it’s influenced by how you reacted to a past experience or how you reacted to a negative feedback from another person. Identify if the reason is true or otherwise. If it’s true, then, address it accordingly. Change yourself in order to become a better person. On the other hand, if it’s falsehood, then, you need to remove it from your mind. Forget about it totally. Once you know you who really are as a person, then, project that to yourself and to other people.

Furthermore, whenever you encounter a failure, step back, assess it carefully, learn from it and try again until you succeed. And when you encounter people who feels negative about you, examine what they are saying about you. If it’s true, then, improve yourself. Else, don’t bother listening to him. Always capitalize on your strengths and address your areas of weakness accordingly.

Once you have accepted who you are, then, that’s when you would be able to be truly happy.

Alcohol is a toxic substance which directly and indirectly affects the chemistry of the brain and other parts of the body. As more alcohol is consumed, the sensitive part of the brain gets affected leading to behavioral changes in people. Alcohol anxiety is becoming increasingly popular amongst people who suffer from anxiety disorders because they get to avoid to directly address the issues they are facing as they resort to alcohol drinking to make themselves feel better.

Though alcohol may let you forget your problems at first, sooner of later, you would drink excessive amounts of alcohol so much so that you get so dependent on it for a long period of time that whenever you try to quit from this habit, you would experience all kinds of withdrawal symptoms from mild to serious ones such as irritability, agitation, confusion and hallucination. So, once you are fed up in trying to stay sober, you would go back to your drinking habit.

Instead of addressing your anxieties and fears properly, the alcohol that you take would adversely affect you in such a way that you may suffer from insomnia or lack of sleep, depression, irregular heartbeat and a decrease in blood sugar level. And when this happens, you would fail in enjoying life. Your relationships with people would fail ultimately. And most importantly, your physical, emotional and mental well-being would become so impaired that you wouldn’t be able to function normally.

Many doctors believe that alcohol anxiety is experienced because people who have suffered from a traumatic event are looking for a way to help them forget what they have experienced. What they don’t know is that avoidance is not the key to completely solve one’s problems. What needs to be done is to investigate the root cause of the anxiety that a person is feeling. And this is where the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM comes in.

The PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM is a twenty one day program that directly attacks the root cause of your anxieties and fears: a distorted self-image. It helps you analyze why you feel anxious in certain situations. It helps you reflect on how you reacted to your past experiences and beliefs that people have embedded in your mind in such a negative manner.

For instance, if you experienced a traumatic event where you were raped or kidnapped, it’s highly likely that you would very much want to forget about it. Thus, you may resort to alcohol or drugs to help numb the pain. But when it comes to PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM, it helps you realize that you need to let go of the traumatic event that you may have experienced as you can’t go back and do anything to change it anymore. What you can just do is to learn from it, make amends with yourself and move on. At the same time, it calls you to take action in order to help you overcome the trauma you felt such as seeking support groups that can help you with what you are going through. It’s also advisable that you talk with your family as support is very much important in helping you overcome what you’ve been through.

And when you have completed the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM, you would surely notice that you never ever have to resort to alcohol drinking anymore.

In countries such as the United States, it has been a norm for teenagers to leave home once they are in college. But in other countries like the Philippines, children can stay with their parents even long after the kids have married and they have families of their own. Parents have become so attached to their children so much that they may suffer from separation anxiety disorder once their kids settle on their own as they feel that their children no longer need them. Meanwhile, kids can also suffer from separation anxiety disorder if they have grown accustomed to having their parents or siblings with them all the time that they are not used to living on their own.

Both adults and kids can suffer from separation anxiety disorder when they experience the following:

Constant anxiety when a person is separate from the person he is attached to

Constant worry that he might lose the person who he is attached to due to a particular event

Recurring worry that he might get separated ultimately from the person he is attached to

Exaggerated fear that a person would be alone without the person he is attached to

Constant refusal to sleep without being near to the person he is attached to

Repeating nightmares having to do with separation

Separation anxiety disorder is indeed very real as a research from the US Comorbodity Survey indicated that there are about 4.1% children and 6.6% adults who suffer from separation anxiety disorder. Most of them suffered from this condition in childhood that have been carried into adulthood but there were also some who experienced separation anxiety disorder when they were already adults.

Approximately one-third of the respondents who were classified as childhood cases (36.1%) had an illness that persisted into adulthood, although the majority classified as adult cases (77.5%) had first onset in adulthood.

As an example, when my wife went to college, she lived in a dormitory because she had evening classes that made it difficult for her to go home on weekdays. As she was very close with her parents, she became so sad that she had to leave home to the point that she couldn’t pay attention in class and she cried every night until she was able to sleep. She kept having persistent thoughts of her parents dying and leaving her alone. She kept looking forward for weekends where she can go home and be with them.

In addition, her parents, decided to pay for her monthly rent so, that they wouldn’t get worried about her. They, especially her mother, constantly worried about her getting lost, kidnapped or raped when she was still living at home. And only when she arrives at home did her mother feel relieved but instead of showing it, she reprimanded my wife each and every time she came home late.

Due to what happened to my wife in her teens overall, she developed anxiety disorders such as social anxiety disorder and separation anxiety disorder. Unfortunately, these were not addressed properly and so, in 2006, my wife became sick with schizo-affective disorder where symptoms include depression and psychosis. One of the problems she faced was getting out of the house because back then, she was having many visual and auditory solutions that bothered very much that all she wanted to do was to go home each time her parents forced her to go out in public.

Through the help of Panic-Stopper Psycho-Cybernetics, my wife realized that she’s been having all sorts of anxiety disorders due to her distorted self-image. She reacted to her experiences as well as what people say about her in a negative manner to the point that she realized that she was harming herself as well as others. She realized now that in order for her to be truly happy, she needed to create an adequate, realistic self-image for herself. Once she learned a lot about herself, she implemented actions to capitalize on her strengths and improve on her areas of weakness.

Now, my wife is doing better. She’s leading a full, normal, healthy life. And I know that you can too.
