As I said in the introduction could take the momentum away, but remember do not do it, it does not help at all, do all your social anxiety disorder worse. Sometimes it may happen that while attempting to stay, but following the evacuation time, just do not give up because of it, is acceptable if it happens.

There are always people who do not seem to have problem at all a conversation with unknown, but the truth is that most people really uncomfortable, just do not show, there is no reason to think that you are so different from those with social anxiety disorder.

Before jumping on the situation of social preparation, consider some of the topics to be discussed, as this will avoid uncomfortable situations calm. If you do not feel comfortable speaking, is very good idea to ask questions that are usually much easier and most people love about them. Make sure not to ask too much – sometimes necessary to add comments or tell a little about yourself.

In fact, often have nothing to talk about what can be more calm and later, when you have ideas, you feel strange to start talking after being around someone in silence for a long period – not Never think that is acceptable to start talking, no matter how long was the awkward silence, because people often feel uncomfortable others and, although they can be difficult to detect.

If you're not sure what is best ask people to ask questions on entertainment, what kind of music he hears and at school or work is concerned. Often, when someone asked a question that the person is really hoping that you ask the same question, then later to answer any questions you can say for example "Have you?".

Remember always interested in what the person speaking and encourage more to speak, if someone tells you increase your confidence and the make it much easier for you to say about their thoughts and opinions, and does not let you back breaks calm, because sometimes – there is no reason start talking about something quickly.

What should I do with girls in the of social anxiety disorder?

I suffer from social anxiety disorder, and begin a process called CBT But as I said, this therapy will take some time (40 sessions), and of course it is not safe for work. The problem is there's this girl I like and I know it will not be able to even talk to him (not even hard to talk to girls general) to get rid of this annoying problem .. And makes me mad, makes me mad, and I must find a way to cope, help? Wait a second .. I expressed my car, no doubt. My problem is that I can not stop thinking about her (or general), so that I can not cope because of anxiety and discomfort really really (makes me mad is quite exaggerated) The problem is not only girls, guys just have nothing to do with my question ahh. . Regardless, people do not seem to put my question even though I've described the best I can

Approach to deal with SA, for now, and girls can expect. No reason to go crazy on a situation that is not prepared to face today. If you can not find the courage to speak, so why be mad about him? Let it go for now … and hopefully the new one has more confidence and talk to others will never be a problem again. Good luck!

Causes of anxiety attacks

There is no definitive explanation of exactly what causes anxiety attacks. In reality, the causes of anxiety attacks can psychological and physiological.

Many researchers suspect that a physiological chemical imbalance in the brain to be one the main causes of anxiety disorder.

Any emotion, feelings and actions are transmitted to the brain in the form of pulses power from one nerve cell (neuron) to another receiver nerve cells. Chemicals in the brain such as serotonin, dopamine, Norepinephrine helps to facilitate communication between neurons. These chemicals, called neurotransmitters help regulate the condition of our encouragement. If there is a failure in this process and one of the receptors are blocked, the neurotransmitter is unable to send electrical impulses more. This can affect the amount of neurotransmitters in the brain and create an imbalance in their biochemistry.

chemical imbalance in the brain may also be caused by a change in the way of the brain called the amygdala Almond "responds to signals from the brain. The amygdala is an alarm system "that plays an important role in emotional processing, development of reports and in our defensive behaviors. When danger is perceived, the amygdala begins to trigger a series of reactions that defend the body and get more oxygen your major muscle groups. These reactions increased heart rate and breathing sweating, chills and heat and so on.

There is evidence that genetics may play an important role in the development of anxiety. Approximately 25% of people who are predisposed to serotonin and dopamine imbalance has a family history of anxiety disorders.

Other causes of Anxiety attack may be environmental factors and personality traits. Sometimes unfortunate events like death of a loved one, divorce, difficulties financial and unemployment can put a person under more stress than he / she can cope, causing anxiety. Personality traits such as low self-esteem, pessimism, shyness and poor coping skills in combination with environmental factors may affect the development anxiety disorder or depression.
