A mistake people often when trying to find a solution to their concern is trying to apply all the remedies that appear in an engine research their own situation. Try to do what is normally left completely lost and confused. When a person suffering from anxiety, decides Finally, it is time to do something on the first objective should be on your list is to try to identify what part of anxiety disorder that most of them belong. I usually divide the different types of anxiety disorders in six different categories.

1. Panic attacks: people who suffer from panic attacks, sudden episodes of intense fear that seem to be activated without apparent reason. The heart beats a thousand people who may experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, feeling strong, dizziness, numbness and tingling. If an attack panic, people often worry about what happens as suddenly terrible to have a heart attack or death. In addition, while not know not an episode, these patients are often worried when you go to experience the other.

2. : Such anxiety is classified by a constant anxiety the result of constant concern for all events of the day as work or school performance. Generalized Anxiety Disorder is worrying, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension and sleep disorders.

3. Posttraumatic Stress Disorder: As its name implies, this type of anxiety is the result of a type of trauma in the life of the individual. These patients are often very irritable and nervous. They avoid situations that remind them of trauma and often have dreams recurring on the accident.

4. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: is the category of thoughts or images that have become a recurring nuisance to live every day and cause anxiety. These patients often know these thoughts are unreasonable and excessive, but it seems that can be controlled. The most obvious symptom of this disorder is a repetitive behavior.

5. Social Phobia: People with social phobia are afraid of one or more social or performance situations such as making a test with others, being the center of attention, eating in front of people, etc. These patients tend to adjust their daily life to compensate for his phobia avoid such situations whenever possible keys.

6. Specific Phobia: Examples of phobias include specific heights, storms, water, animals, elevators, enclosed spaces, an injection, or seeing blood. social situations are not included in list of specific phobias. These patients generally have the same type of symptoms that people suffer from social phobia.

Once you have identified a category in which your symptoms are related to the best, will be much easier to develop a plan of action to take to treat these symptoms. It is also important to evaluate their behavior soon after starting to notice symptoms. If left untreated, anxiety can completely change the course of daily life at the point where it is very difficult to become "The person they were."

genaralized anxiety disorder?

Can anyone tell me some of the major and minor symptoms that occur every days and I mean almost all day. Can someone clarify this for me. It will be very useful. Thank you.

I put a link on Google which includes references to WebMD, Wikipedia, National Institutes of Health and other medical websites and medicines below. Anxiety Disorder general is a broad spectrum of symptoms. I .. and some days I have many strong symptoms, and other days are much better. Much people have this diagnosis and there are many different manifestations or symptoms. (Where "general" as opposed to specific experiments Each name) worries or concerns in the context of normal life. when we have so much care from physical symptoms, it becomes a disorder. You can see NIH or other sites .. but I'll tell my own personal experience. I still have tightness in the chest, so that affect breathing and feeding. If I get very tense (as in many – or railway tunnels), so I can get as much pressure I feel my heart beating in my ears and down the throat. (Edit: writing what has aroused the pressure, too.) Almost every day there is only one slight tension that I barely notice. I avoid many situations – I am invited to watch a movie or a concert, and I was probably waffle. I mean – yes, you may want to go, but I know the stress I can stop when I arrive. I can be indecisive, and will probably not go to the end unless someone really, really trust me. Every night I have trouble sleeping. I do not keep the TV, and I have a bad day, a dark room. I my mind racing all the time. Not necessarily worry, but the plans and alternative plans and alternative plans .. seconds desires, thoughts, things to do, things I want to do .. Of course, because he can not sleep when my eyes finally closed and the rest, I have no difficulty to rise. The work is not always understand, so sometimes I come to work without sleep. now, but not OK for truck drivers, meat cutters and other hazardous work. all day – most of the time – I am "dispersed". I'm having trouble tracking tasks to the end, I'm very distracted easily, and I tend to ramble with too many details (like this one …) With drugs and a lot of practice, I In this precision almost OCD for employment. If you do not wait too long, so I can fix anything – from a diesel engine, a toilet, or a transmitter radio. If my wife does not pay the bills each month, I'd be fixing my refrigerator box and basket, too. It's like my brain unconsciously choose priorities. If I think something is unsafe at all levels, seeking reasons for leaving. I'll get sick, headaches, fainting .. all without even thinking about it consciously. I automatically know all the exits and the window on a site in seconds. If I think something is important, then the tension in every detail – ask me to repair a car, taxes on the file or reconstruction of a team – I look like a genius. routine, like driving to work or pay bills, or wash clothes .. not on my radar. I put little or no effort in pushing people around me crazy. If I was not as precise in what I am doing well – nobody would tolerate. Hope this helps. I have been to see counselors and take drugs for years – mostly to help, but sometimes I slip backwards.

The second person is a person who has never had a panic attack or anxiety, but they are often referred to as a nervous person in general, or a person who is usually subject to stresses of their work, relationships, health, etc.

Since the attacks Panic and anxiety are mostly stress is important to know that ingesting certain foods and drinks can cause a panic attack.

You want to stay away from foods and beverages that are known to contribute to nervousness. Nothing that can negatively affect the neurotransmitters in the body. How can I control the anxiety attacks when I'm in public, at school or with friends?

I am a man of 15 years, with anxiety attacks due to fear of getting sick and vomiting. This happened for nearly three years difficult. Anxiety causes my stomach pain and nausea. What can I do?

irrational thoughts inside you are exaggerated – This is not true. You must accept it and leave the bubble of anxiety created. Try talking with the greatest possible number of foreign to practice – you do not see you. It is worth a shot. Then apply your skills to the public. The trick is to let go for fear of you, but act not on it. Do not let them enforce their decisions. When you go through the door, say "I do not like, including if you do. The more you do, you'll feel more comfortable. You must be prepared before work against fear. You have control and great potential, and anxiety not really worth it. Find the person who is in you and take you for the good of his being – whatever the outcome, trust themselves and forget the world around you. Helps stimulate anxiety rather than oppose it. Act like you are superior.
