Usually, travel is one of the activities that is enjoyable to a lot of people regardless if it’s for business or vacation purposes. But there are some people who feel anxious, worried and panicky even before they travel. Hence, travel anxiety can interfere with pleasure during personal and business trips. A normal, enjoyable trip can adversely be affected when you constantly feel anxious, jittery and restless.

For example, my aunt who is also my godmother has never been in an airplane. The reason behind this is that when you ask her if she wants to fly by plane, she would immediately say that she would never consider that because she is afraid that the plane might fall from the sky.
