So, it will make rituals to try to control or influence the outcome or to prevent something bad happens. These rituals do not affect the outcome directly, but affect the way we think things will change how you react to things will change things that influence the outcome.

I know it seems a lot of information here, but you can see these things in real life. By example, suppose you have compulsive thoughts to find a job. It was recognized that depression and anxiety was who I was, but basically I hated myself more. I do not feel well. Why did God make me suffer this way? It was not until I was 21 when I realized it was because I was the choice be.That was the most difficult to overcome, because I did not blame me. I wanted to blame my parents, God, children in school, nobody. If I was wrong, then I would be in charge of making a change, and afraid. However, overtime has been accepted. I have been to blame. Nobody does this way myself. Yes, I was never good enough for my parents, another for children at school made fun of me, but I have allowed him to control my life. I wanted to be in control. I started going to things that brought me joy. If you have brought joy, I accepted. Otherwise, I'm from there. Slowly I began to think that I met again. I found things I liked to do it again. I learned that I can not please everyone, so I stopped trying, I learned to please, again, and in the process I made some very happy too. The cause of anxiety but is really just things to death, and overanalyzing things. I used to think that every time someone laughed, they laughed at me. Or whenever I heard the word "stupid" in a conversation, they talked about me. I walked with my head down constantly.I could not function in social situations, even around the family, I freeze, because I felt everybody judge me. I was stuck in my room all day. You get rid of the fear of worrying about what others think of you. Then need to work on finding your true self again. First, get rid take care that others think of you. This is not serious. If you forget your friends, you can do but they are more related to ideas with you. If you ridiculed, lets face it, it will always be people who disagree with their choices. Even if we change ourselves for them, not others would agree with these decisions. It is an endless battle trying to get everybody agrees with how you are, because everyone is different, and simply not possible. Think about what makes you happy, others not. It's your life, you is responsible for all decisions you make, not them. Ultimately, their views are not matter.So get rid of the fear of being ridiculed. If we are afraid of failure, remember to always be a failure if it does not even attempt. It is better to give something your all, and the second best not all try and stay with nothing, not even experience. Ultimately, the experience that I'll remember and be proud. Then, after getting rid of their fears, you must begin to remember the truth. To do this, simply pay attention to feel little tug, and go with them. You may not know where to, but to ignore them, you can not have done a lot of opportunities and experiences. When you feel the tug, he pulled out some of these circumstances into something that will bring the ultimate joy, or diverted from what does not bring joy. Listen to yourself. It is true that I know who he is. He always tries to come to remember. The external influences that make us forget. Ignore outside influences, and start listening. You begin to discover a whole new side of you we never knew existed. And you really happy because it really will yourself. I have my days still ahead. I cry sometimes, I still believe in letting their emotions instead of bottling, I get angry sometimes, but I always spill over into reality when I remember that I am in control of me and me alone. I have nothing to do. I have no reason to be. I can be happy.
