Anxiety from Insomnia: Causes and Solutions
Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you often wake up in the middle of the night and when this happens, you find it difficult to get back to sleep? Do you keep tossing and turning each and every night? Do you often find yourself thinking about a particular situation in your life that you lose sleep over it? Then, it’s highly likely that you are experiencing anxiety from insomnia.
Sleep anxiety disorder is a common medical condition worldwide. In the United States alone, there are more than thirty four million people who suffer from sleep anxiety disorder. Generally, sleeps disorders are caused by lifestyle stress and environmental anxiety. And sleep anxiety symptoms are manifested as apnea, sleep walking, poor sleep patterns and tiredness after waking up. And when you are unable to get sufficient sleep, your physical, emotional and mental well-being gets so affected that you won’t be able to go about your normal daily living.
You may resort to sleeping pills to help you sleep but the problem here is that these drugs have side effects that can cause harm to your body. For example, prolonged use of Quetapine Seroquel, which is a tranquilizer, can cause increased blood sugar level and finally lead to diabetes. At the same time, if you use these drugs for a long period of time, it’s highly likely that you would develop a drug dependence that there would come a time where you won’t be able to sleep without medication. Also these drugs are pretty expensive and you need a doctor’s prescription in order to buy these from drugstores. Thus, not everyone can afford to buy and use sleeping pills.
On the other hand, you may take natural supplements to help you sleep and these drugs claim to have no side effects and they are not habit-forming. But the main drawback here is that these supplements are not tested by any authorized agency such as the Food and Drug Administration in the United States so, there is no scientific laboratory proof that these supplements really work.
Meanwhile, you may resort to anti-anxiety management techniques to help get rid of your anxieties and fears so, that you may be able to sleep soundly. But the catch here is that these work in the beginning as you are able to muster enough willpower and determination when you start following the program. Unfortunately, as time passes by, your supply willpower and determination gets depleted and finally, you get fed up with the whole thing so much so that you end up quitting the program. Thus, your tendency is to revert back to the way you were before you started the program.
The only program that completely helps you overcome anxiety from insomnia is the PANIC-STOPPER PSYCHO-CBYERNETICS FOR ANXIETY PROGRAM as it directly focuses on the cause of your anxieties and fears: your poor, distorted self-image. It guides you in assessing how your reaction to your bad experiences and beliefs that were embedded in your mind by other people affect your self-image. It helps you in setting realistic goals through your creative imagination. Also, it calls you to take action to eliminate your self-image and creating an adequate, realistic one so, that you would no longer feel anxious about particular situations that you were feeling this way in the first place. So, when this happens, you would be more confident, focused and determined as you go through life.
