As everyone knows, anxiety is a common emotion that a person feels whenever he would face a future situation he is uncertain about. But when you constantly worry about what’s going to happen and what’s currently happening even when there’s no apparent danger, then, it’s highly likely that you have an anxiety disorder. And when you suffer from this medical condition, you would experience all sorts of anxiety physical symptoms.
Anxiety physical symptoms can range from an irregular heartbeat to tremors and you often experience these when you are in a situation that you are unwilling to face. Other physical symptoms include tight chest, dry throat, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, excessive sweating, shortness of breath, frequent urination, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, insomnia and muscle tension. Anxiety Hypnosis: Anxiety is a pretty common emotion that everyone feels from time to time. We feel anxious when we are running late for an appointment. We get agitated when we’re talking to someone we really want to impress. We even get apprehensive when we perform in front of an audience.
